Farm Credit Canada’s recently released annual report on national farmland values shows that Ontario prices rose 3.6 per cent during 2018, compared to 6.6 per cent nationally. But farmland values vary greatly across the country, depending on the region. In Ontario, farmland prices are already among the highest in the country.
