World Egg Day was October 8, but the Egg Farmers of Ontario decided to celebrate it all month long. It helped that they had some superb collateral, thanks to a new awareness campaign called “Who Made Your Eggs Today?” It’s designed to put faces to egg farming, with a look at real egg farmers in the barn, field…and kitchen. I was particularly happy to see the segment with Scott Graham of St. Mary’s teaching viewers how to make the perfect omelette.
